ELWINA GRIGORYAN

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Elwina Grigoryan Los Angeles Attorney

Elwina is devoted to being a voice for clients in their pursuit of justice.

She takes pride in her relentless work-ethic, passion and knowledge of the law, and ability to genuinely connect with people. Elwina litigates each case with compassion, sincerity, and skill, making sure her clients’ stories are heard and they are fairly compensated for the wrongs they have suffered at the hands of others.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Elwina is familiar with its diverse community and their legal needs. Prior to starting KACE LAW, Elwina was an associate at a plaintiffs’ Labor & Employment firm where she represented clients unfairly compensated, discriminated against, and wrongfully terminated by their employers. During her time there, she took and defended countless depositions, wrote and argued numerous motions, successfully defeated summary judgment motions, and settled numerous cases — often above the expected market value. Additionally, Elwina was an associate attorney for a Medical Malpractice defense firm and a leading national defense firm where she worked on catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and both individual and class action employment matters. Through her experience, she gained valuable insight on the litigation strategies and tactics employed by the other side, which she uses to advocate for her clients today.

Elwina graduated with Honors from Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. in Mathematics, minoring in Philosophy. She moved on to earn her J.D. at Loyola Law School. During her time there, she participated in the Scott Moot Court Competition, was a staff member on the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, and completed multiple externships, including serving as a community mediator for low-income individuals in a range of matters including landlord-tenant, neighbor, employment, and family disputes.

Elwina is fluent in English and Armenian.
